Programme Organizational Structure

The structure of an organization determines the modes in which it operates and performs. It
allows the expressed allocation of responsibilities for different functions and processes to different
entities such as the Programme Steering Committee (PSC), Programme Management Office
(PMO), working groups and individual farmers and stakeholders. All the programmes would be
under the overall direction of a Programme Steering Committee (PSC)

Implementing Agencies

The MoAD will have overall responsibilities to implement the Programme with different partners
including Heifer International (Co-financer), Agro-Enterprise Centre (AEC)/Federation of Nepalese
Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Small Farmer Development Bank
(SFDB)/Nepal Agriculture Cooperatives Central federation limited (NACCFL). All these
organizations implement the programme with the support of contracted national and local NGOs,
